I purchased a new Hydro-Wave washer 4.1 IEC Cu.Ft. Model # GS185068G SD-F. This Model also has been discontinued. Now I know why. This washer has the short little agitator in it. It is suppose to produce wave action to clean the clothes, it does not. I watched the clothes with the lid open from beginning to end. The clothes at the top just floated in the water of this top load washer. It will only clean at best is a very small load. The service tech came out.
