I returned one book and refused the mail of a second book in February 2010. Both were charged to my credit card in the amount of $99.50 each. The agreement was if I was not satisfied, they could be returned for a full refund. I mailed them to the address they gave me: 850 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, Nevada 89103. I received only one credit of $99.50 to date. The return # given me by "Fay" is 10302496506. Please help me get my money back. This is a scam business they are operating.
