OMG, once I started reading the other complaints, it totally came into line with the problem I have been experiencing with AT&T. I have had their service for years and before that with Cingular. My old cell phone of 4 years finally died and I ordered a new one. I got a refurbished phone and everything was going fine until I got a text saying that they were adding something because it was a smartphone.
