I went to their office because they were offering a special on cleaning and xrays. I was told I needed a crown which I agreed to have done. Sam, the receptionist came in to tell me about a dental plan they had to offer but she did not tell me it was mandatory to enroll at that time since their office was giving me a discount on the crown. Now they are calling me saying I owe them $111 more for the dental plan even though the phamplet says this plan is voluntary. The crow was cheaper than I could have gotten at my other dentist but I don't feel I owe them $111 more since it was not made clear to me that was part of the cost. read full review »
