On numerous occasions Chase Auto Finance has been very rude and vulgar with me .I'm not a bad customer when I pay my car payment each and every time I have paid well over the amount due.I'm not 30 plus days due at any time .I've heard everything from my credit is bad so that is why I'm being harrassed and they call sometimes three times a day when I am only two days past due.WHY? Had I known how rude they were I would have gotten my loan somewhere else...I had other options and wish now i would have taken them.I'm so frustrated with this particular company that I feel like giving them the car back b/c they are rude and nasty . read full review »
