Beware: these people have no regard for providing the customer what they want. I needed a glossy finish replacement screen for my netbook and when I couldn’t find one listed on their website, I communicated with them and they directed me to a matte finish product. I pointed out my need, mentioned the product they referred me to was not the right one, and reaffirmed that I needed a glossy finish.
