I have been a Sears customer for over 30 years. Their service repair departement has been out twice to fix my dryer and the dryer is still not repaired. The first technician came out on 1-23-09 and was over two hours late. He said he fixed the dryer. It worked one cycle and stopped. I had to call again on 1-24-09 and I was scheduled again on 2-2-09. Again, they came out and said the dryer was fixed. It lasted one cycle and broke again. I asked for a refund and was denied.
