My mom was watching a jewelry shopping show called SHOPNBC.com. and saw a necklace she liked. She told me they went on and on about the quality of this "14 kt" gold chain and so decided she wanted it and thus ordered it. It was the crappiest piece of junk I have ever seen. She paid $100 for this sorry piece of rubbish and $7.99 S.H.
