I used Lending Tree to apply for a loan to refinance my home mortgage to a lower rate. After submitting my information to Lending Tree I was contacted by numerous lenders, including Surepoint Lending. Sunny Bray contacted me by phone and guided through the process. She assured me that she could make me a loan and encouraged me to allow her to have an appraisal done on my home.
