My First car rental experience was by far the worst for me and my husband. The employees really seem to go out of their way to get you into a rental, pick you up drop you off make you the best offers possible. but when it comes to closing out your claims with them...make sure your insurance is on top of the payment...Enterprise will require you to supply a credit card because of "procedures".
