IBSN - very poor service and cheating on refunds. I paid IBSN "tax preparation and services" fess on Feb 23, 2010 and was told March 04, 2010 that the returns have been filed and prepared. Still after 24 days of inquiry IBSN has not contacted me with regards to my FEDERAL STATUS nor updated it online on their portal. Last I spoke with Murali last Sunday and I called again and was randomly put on hold without explaining me when the stats of my federal return.
