I ordered a extended battery pack for my iPhone 3G and when it finally arrived (after a very, very, long wait), it didn't work. The message on my phone was that it was incompatible. I immediately contacted HDAccessory.com and they wanted photos of the error message. Then they wanted me to ship the product back to them for testing, at my expense. So, now I have paid to ship this item twice. Guess what? They said the product was fine, so I could either have it back (shipped at my expense for a 3rd time), or have a refund.
