I'm an ex-employee that has seen 1st hand the operation they run in their offices. The company is legitimate, but just manipulates their customers and employees to the extreme. Example: Customer fills out a form saying they have been qualified to win a free trip. This information is referred to as a "Lead". They then call everyone that filled it out.
