I ordered a clock offered on tv on 02/23/10. I received a letter on 03/05/10 stating that that one had sold out but "only if you allow us" we will send one that is valued 3 times more. As instructed, I sent the bottom portion of the letter back on 03/06/10 stating I did not want that one, I wanted the original one I seen on tv. Low and behold I receive the one I didn't want on 03/26/10. When I called the company, they said they couldn't send a call tag to pick this one up.
