Appeared on phone billed. I called them to find out what it was, they said someone ordered it online. My husband and i knew we didnt. It cost $19.01 a month. They removed our name from their service but made us pay that amount anyway. A couple months later it is back on the verizon phone bill again. They keep doing this and will not stop or take the amount they are billing us for off the bill. How can we get them to stop this fraud bill charge? read full review »
