I was chraged $72.21 on my credit card, that I never authorized. After talking to a customer service rep- I canceled my account. If you don't they will apparently repeatedly charge you. He said it was in the fine print and that I clicked on a box agreeing to this charge. He would not answer any questions, not even "how long has this company been in business?" There was no supervisor or anyone else that I could even speak to. Finally he said he works for a third party- hired by googlemoney tree. I assume they scam so many people they need a third part to take all the complaints. They will not refund your money! read full review »
