On 03/03/2010 Regions Bank allowed a non-wage garnishment to be placed on the individual checking account used for receiving ACH's from pensions in direct violation of Illinois Statute. Regions Bank did not bother to see what was presented for deposits in this account and whether or not exempt from any form of garnishment.
