Ordered a plant for my wife's birthday. They were scheduled to be delivered on Friday to her school. They say they were delivered after she had left but UPS tracking shows it was delivered on the following Monday. Over the weekend I was promised by a representative that I would receive a full refund which was not honored by the supervisor that I spoke with. I was forced to spend hours on the phone speaking with representative after representative to try and get a straight answer about where the order was.
