I puchased a part from helpfulparts.com in late Feb. and never heard form them, never recieving the parts (washer mtr) So I contacted them the first week in March. The kind lady on the phone told me helpfulparts was purchased by another company. She could not help me deal with the old helpfulparts (before March 1st, when they took over) anyway she worked with me and I got my part. I had to cancel the first purchase thru my credit card, and order thru the new company. Anyway got my part in a few days. As long as the lady who I talked to is there I will call them again (Sandra is her name). read full review »
