claimed to have sink in warehouse-sent notice they charged my card and due to circumstances the item would be delayed for 10 days. that was 19 days ago. customer services was poor, and said they were working on my case. What case? if it isn't in stock why charge my card. told them today to cancel my order and return my money. They said if it was already shipped they would have to charge me. Of course, they told me 9 days ago they were waiting of shipping nofitication fron mfg. I said I'd refuse it and they told me that it would a unauthorized return.
