There is NO WAY to fight a FAP claim with Wildblue. If they say you went over, you went over. Period. Years ago I (and MANY others) requested that they show actual daily usage so we could manage our own use but they STILL only have a 30 day rolling total. There is no way at all for the customer to see when the supposed use that took one over the limit actually took place. All of a sudden one day I'm at 97%. Way way way out of the norm.
