I have had a sizable credit line with GE Money Bank for some time. I've not only made regular payments but also paid off additional chunks of my balance. My balance now is only 3 payments from being paid off, and I received a letter from GEMB informing me that they are closing my account because of purchases on another credit card that is also financed by GEMB.
