I have been trying to get my daughter some contact lens from lenscrafters. We have been there several times. Their poorly trained staff gives appointments with no doctors available. They never called to inform us the contacts were available for pickup. Finally they gave us the wrong prescription. We asked for a contact lens prescription they gave us the glasses prescription so we would be forced to go back to that horrible place.
