My grandmother passed 2008. Parents said go take care of her house. The house has never had any internet connection in it. I am at the local library now. My sister gave me her old computer for X-mas. It is not hooked up to internet. I play solitaire on it, thats all. I have been out of work since Jan-2008. Why would I sign up for something I can't use? Jan. 2010 had the first charge.
