Direct TV refused to waive the early cancellation fee, even though the service was for my elderly mother who was hopitalized, and because of her brian injury could no longer live independently and will now need to live in a board and care home. They charged me the early cancelation fee and took the money out of the account 5 days after I called to cancel before I had recieved the bill. read full review »
