I purchased a Jack Lalaine blender which worked for a couple weeks, the customer service was so bad, finally returned the motor to the company, I have never heard from them but it has only been 2 years. I was going to order Montel's, until I read some of the complaints here...wow... Montel you better pay more attention to us, the consumer and less to the cameras.
