I cancelled the order of AVG but was charged for it on my credit card. I did not complete the form but it was still charged to us. This was on my laptop and was never installed and I want that charge reversed as we will not pay that amount. ($69.14) It was advertised as a free download but then expected a payment for it when it wasn't downloaded. Please let me know when this is reversed. Thank you, Mary Canino read full review »
