On Feb 25th I place order for "free" sample where Shipping and Handling were $3.87. The free trial was for 10 days. When I did not recieve my sample I called the phone number (which I got off my credit card because they never sent a confirmation e-mail). The office was closed on my 10th and 11th day (weekend).
