I paid $200 for service protection for my furniture from Bob's Discount Furniture. When I needed the service for cleaning some pizza sauce and small rips I was denied thesevice because they found I used the sofa too much ???!!!. I think that the service is a scam. They always deny the service request using the excuse " extensive activities". I think that furniture stores like Bob's discount furniture is a part in that scam because like they told me they agree with guardsman. I'm filing a smal claim against both Guardsman and Bob disscount furniture. read full review »
