Staff at Seneca Bay apts are harassing me for payment of a water bill. I have explained to them that I have paid this to them but they are either pocketing the money or dont care. The laundry rooms are extremely dirty and they refuse to clean it. There is animal waste all over the floor. The Staff is very very rude and dont seem to care that they are. They seem to think that the tenants are not worth there time and that there personal phone calls are more important then finding where my payment are going. This is an awful place to live.
