Only 1 very slow clerk "DONNA" working the counter out of 5 available, only saw 3 other employees slowly walking around once in awhile. The line was to the door (about 25 people) this is UNACCEPTABLE! especially for a large major city. I waited about 1/2 hour just to send a small package. I POLITELY asked the clerk if it was like this every day about this time, she said it was. I said that your manager really should have more staff at the counters to service these waiting customers, at least til the line goes down.. she... read full review »
