Refused delivery of so called product (shipped a 3 ring binder weighing aprox. 3# and charged an additional $14.95 on top of the $197.00 . Refused delivery and was received by their mail room on 3-11-2010 and was to receive refund in 7-10 business days. Bull s@#*!
