Hey, My name is James and I have been unfairly reported to credit agency's by Bank of America. I called up to get a reduction of my interest rate to get a callback 2 days later from the gold option hardship dept on November 25th. They offered a deal if i close my account and tried for hardship they could get me a lower interest rate. They gave me till DEC 15th to make a decision.
