I purchased a disasteraid kit for $1 and 3.95 shipping. My credit card was then charged $99.95. I want my money back. I will gladly send the "Kit" back. I DID NOT agree to that!!! This is a fraud. The items in the "Kit" can be purchased at the dollar store for less than $10. I contacted the number on my credit card statement and the very unfriendly lady said that I needed to contact an email account for a refund. It is also unprofessional that you don't even have a phone number where you can speak to a live person. I would like to be contacted via phone to clear this issue up. read full review »
