We bought a picture lamp, having first ascertained that it could be returned if it didn't fit the antique frame, minus a hefty 25% restocking fee. We opened the lamp, removed the paper wrapping, but saved all the packing material. It was immediately clear that this was not going to fit on the old frame so we repackaged the lamp in the original foam custom cut packing and box, got a RGA # and returned the lamp to the manufacturer (House of Troy) according to their instructions by UPS, return receipt, delivered on January 19.
