Per contract my download speed is promised to be 3 Mbps. For over 2 weeks it has been 0.6 Mbps or below plus a useless phone that breaks up every second word. A couple of days ago I had Clearwire send out a field tech to verify the condition. Today an account rep told me that I needed to upsize my contract to 7 Mbps.
