When he starts the job he gives a whole lot of hype he is a bullshit artist. He said that he is a licensed contractor but could never produce the license number however he was referred to us we went with him beyond our better judgement. He completed the job but the other half of the deal was never fufilled, he never produced the signed work order showing the work that was completed.
