Still waiting to get paid by Jaime Velarde Owner for damages done to my car in Las Vegas back in2007. Just two weeks ago March 16 I received a call from Mr. Velarde appologizing for the trouble and that he will take my car himself to have it fix. (Yeah right) a week went by and did not heard from him) then a call from his office manager Edelyn that her boss Jaime wanted to offer me to pay in monthly payment of $250 for 24 month and he will provide an agreement sign with his lawyer.
