Company does not answer their phones to let you "cancel at any time" they have hours between 7am - 4pm pacific standard time that you must call to cancel but no one answers the phones. I had to send 5 emails to a "customer service email" with no answers back at all. I waited on hold on 3 different occasions to cancel waiting time over 45 minutes on each occasion with no answer.
