Dear Lenard, Thank you for your helpful email. There are two issues that were not addressed. The first of which is that I cancelled my membership within the allotted trial period, yet was still charged for the next month. Secondly, it is a poor business practice to not more formally disclose to your customers that there is a charge associated with a service.
