Dear sir, On my Jan12 200 Capital one statementI was billed $18.00 For rervice recieved. Ihave no complaint about that., but on Feb16, statement, Iwas billed a secondtime for the same service. The harge was delieted on the following bill only to have it reapear oagain on my current bill How many times am I suposed o pay for the same serivce?
