This company is horrible! They sent out a technician 2 times before he realized he did not have a clue what he was doing. He kept breaking the part that took a long time to order. Then, when the next guy came out he figured it out, but had to order more parts. Once those finally came in he came back... mind you I am waiting around the house in their 4 hour service time frame each time a tech comes out. Then, he gets the parts, fixes it and breaks another part. He told me he would order it and that I could fix that so that I did not need to... read full review »
