I recently went to a Ford dealership to get my car fixed, and they gave me a runaround like no one has ever done before. They quoted me 3 different prices by 3 different salesmen and then ended up charging me even more than that at the end. Also, it took them 5 days to finish the repair on something that seemed relatively minor. 6 months later, what they had supposedly fixed was broken again. I went back to the Ford dealership and they told me that the warranty I had supposed purchased did not cover labor, only parts. What is the point of that warranty. read full review »
