The pad was left at the store at the time of purchase. I received several calls from a person by the name of Diana who kept leaving voice mails in regards to my pad. I received my furniture at my home on a Sat. morning without the pad. The next day (Sunday) I called the store to give them the heads up that I was on my way to pick up my pad.
