I ordered a cell phone from Cellular Blowout. When it arrived it did not look new or referbed. It did not have a Motorola battery, a Motorola charger with it. I started trying to contact them. Good luck doing this. I had also purchased a replacement warranty. Never received it. Then the 9.95 charges on the credit charges started. I finally got them stopped after two months.
