In Sept 09 I orders Rug Hooking magazine and paid $30.95 for one year. I was told it would take 3-4 months for the subscription to begin as it was a quarterly magazine. I waited until Feb 10 and still had not received it - I called and left messages numerous times - no one ever called me back. I submitted several emails to customer service and never received any response. This company is a total FRAUD - I will never do business with them again. read full review »
