These people are a piece of work. They sent a collection letter to the wrong address- two years old - someone brought me the letter. I called them and it was a questionable debt that my husband failed to pay, but I didn't want someone effecting my credit. As I got off the phone, the gentlemen said he wanted to verify my cell phone number, which he did. I said why haven't you called me. He said we have called 17 times in the last month.
