Requested flowers be delivered to aunt in hospital. Was billed for delivery on Jan. 27, 09. Today, Feb 3rd, my wife was called by Just Flowers to say that my aunt had died and did we want to change the order to a funeral arrangement. My wife did not know of the death, or even when I ordered the flowers, was taken by surprise, and said yes, assuming I had just placed the order today.
