Recently, an ederly family friend purchased a refurbished computer system from Sweepstakes Clearing House. The system did not come with a valid Product key for the Operating System, the CMOS battery was dead, and the hard drive had bad sectors which caused the pc to crash/reboot everytime a software package was installed. I entered the Dell service tag number, located on the side of the pc chasis, into Dell's website and found the pc to be 7 years old!
