I took out a car title loan with a company called CT Loan Center when i payed my loan off this company sold the contract to this company Jc Pacific Collections now this company has came and took my car and told me that i owe them $14000.00 for a $3000.00 dollar loan that i paid off. I have never seen these people face to face and they keep giving address that are mail boxes or suite numbers that are empty and giving telephone numbers that are disconnected and i still don't know where my car is. read full review »
